The French love to hunt, it goes with their concept of 'fils a paysanne' or son of the country. At least they tend to eat what they shoot and this wild boar was definitely heading for the table, probably of a local restaurant.  Taken at dusk on the Massif de Maures, we hate to think what might have happened to the huntsman if he had missed.
